Billing, usage, and plan limits
Review your Winglo plan, usage, seats, feature limits, billing portal, trials, and upgrade controls.
Open Settings → Billing to review the plan, usage, seats, and billing actions available to the current workspace. The values shown there are the source of truth for that workspace.
Review the current plan#
The plan card shows the current plan and its available features. Trial, scheduled change, or billing states may appear when they apply. Some features or AI departments can be unavailable because of the plan even when they are visible elsewhere in the product.
Use the upgrade control shown on the page when a higher plan is available. Enterprise or account-specific paths may direct you to contact Winglo rather than starting an immediate checkout.
Understand usage meters#
Usage panels compare current consumption with the limits that apply to the workspace. A meter can represent AI usage, active departments, seats, or another plan-controlled capability.
Usage is usually tied to a billing period. Do not compare two periods without checking their dates. A newly completed action may take a short time to appear in the meter.
When a limit is reached, Winglo may block new work, pause a capability, or present an upgrade path. Work already completed is not undone.
Check seats and invitations#
The seat meter includes accepted members and may include pending invitations. If an invitation is blocked, confirm available seats and withdraw obsolete pending invitations before inviting someone else.
Read Members, roles, and permissions for the current invitation and role controls.
Open the billing portal#
Eligible users can choose Billing portal to manage provider-hosted billing details available to the workspace, such as payment information or invoices. The portal opens outside Winglo.
If the control is unavailable, check your role and the workspace billing state. Do not share billing portal links or account credentials.
Plan changes and active work#
A plan change can affect limits, department availability, or access to a feature. Before reducing access, review active departments, workflows, scheduled publications, connectors, pending approvals, and member seats.
Pausing caused by a plan limit does not guarantee that an external provider cancels work already accepted. Check the affected item and provider before retrying or rescheduling.
If billing information looks wrong#
Confirm the current workspace, billing period, role, and latest payment state. Refresh after returning from the billing portal. If the discrepancy remains, record the workspace name, visible plan, date, and non-sensitive error message before contacting support.
