Marketing campaigns and content pipeline

Create and manage a marketing campaign, then move planned content through a controlled pipeline.

A campaign gives Max a clear goal for planned marketing work. The content views help you follow work from idea to finished output.

Create a campaign#

Open Marketing, then Campaigns. Choose Create campaign or Create first campaign.

The form can include:

  • Campaign name
  • Type
  • Goal
  • Main call to action
  • Start and end dates
  • Campaign brief
  • Testimonial information

Give the campaign one measurable goal. Use exact dates when timing matters. Add only testimonials you are allowed to use.

Choose Start campaign after reviewing the details.

Understand the active campaign#

The campaign page shows the active campaign, its status, goals, dates, and progress. Max can align weekly content to the campaign phase when dates are present.

Progress is a planning view. It does not prove that content was published or that a business result occurred.

Edit, pause, or resume#

Choose the campaign edit control to correct its brief or dates. Pause the campaign when Max should stop aligning new work to it. Resume it when the plan is ready.

Check workflows separately. A campaign pause and a workflow pause are different controls.

End a campaign#

Ending a campaign is destructive and cannot be undone from the confirmation shown. Review unfinished work, scheduled workflows, approvals, and destination queues before choosing End campaign.

Past campaigns remain available in campaign history where shown.

Use the content views#

Marketing content areas can include an overview, pipeline, calendar, website content, creative work, email, and publishing. Availability depends on the workspace.

Use the pipeline to answer:

  1. What is planned?
  2. What is being drafted?
  3. What needs review?
  4. What is ready for a destination?
  5. What finished or failed?

Open the record for its full content and current state.

Keep review boundaries clear#

A campaign can guide content, but it does not approve it. Check claims, links, prices, dates, audience, brand, and legal requirements on each output.

Ask Max for drafts first when a new campaign is untested. Approve external actions only after confirming the exact destination.

Learn after the campaign#

Use campaign history, Reports, and Analytics to compare the intended goal with recorded results. Separate measured results from AI recommendations. Add durable lessons to Max's Memory only after review.
