Workspace, members, and account security
Manage your business profile, departments, members, notifications, billing, and account security.
Open Settings to manage your profile, AI departments, billing, notifications, and security. Some controls are limited by role or plan.
Profile#
Use Settings → Profile to keep business and workspace information current. Fields can include:
- Your display name and sign-in email
- Business and workspace name
- Website, industry, audience, offer, and location
- Time zone and other business context
- Workspace logo
Your email may be read-only. When website refresh is offered, review the imported details before saving them.
Changing the workspace name or other shared settings can require an owner or admin role.
My AI Departments#
Use Settings → My AI Departments to see active and available departments. Depending on access, you can activate or pause a department, change its display name, add custom instructions, or reset its setup.
A reset can remove setup data for that department. Read the preview and warning before you confirm. Pausing a department may not cancel work that already started, so also check Workflows and Live.
Billing and usage#
Use Settings → Billing to view the current plan, usage, and limits shown for the workspace. Eligible users can open the billing portal or start an upgrade.
The product is the source of truth for current plan limits. Availability can change after a plan or workspace update.
Members and roles#
Winglo uses these workspace roles:
- Owner: full workspace control
- Admin: manages most workspace settings and members
- Member: uses the workspace without administrative control
Use Settings → Billing → Team members to invite a teammate when seats are available. The current form creates a member invitation.
Eligible users can withdraw a pending invitation. The current team view does not provide general removal or role-changing controls for accepted members. If you need one of those actions, contact your workspace administrator or Winglo representative.
Withdrawing a Winglo invitation does not change access at a connected provider. Review those systems separately.
Notifications#
Use Settings → Notifications for workspace email and browser choices. You can also adjust department notifications by severity when those controls are shown.
Browser alerts also depend on browser permission. If alerts do not appear, check both Winglo and browser settings.
Security#
Use Settings → Security to:
- Set or change a password
- Review sessions and sign out other sessions
- Set up two-step verification with an authenticator app
- Request a workspace data export
- Delete your account
Save recovery information required by your authenticator process. Signing out other sessions can interrupt work on another device.
Data export can take time. Account deletion is destructive. Read the confirmation and check ownership, billing, retention, and business records before you continue.
