Operations with Aria
Use Aria to triage operational work, manage leads and service levels, and coordinate follow-up.
Aria leads Operations. Use Aria to organize incoming work, track follow-up, and coordinate operational tasks.
Set Aria up#
Complete Aria's guided setup with information about the customers you serve and the process shown in the form. Review the result before finishing.
Add stable process facts, service rules, and approved decisions to Aria's Memory.
Common work#
Aria's workspace can include:
- Inbox for incoming operational work
- Leads for triage and follow-up
- SLA for service-level tracking
- Live for current operations
- Calendar for scheduled work
- Collaborations for department handoffs
- Reports, Integrations, Memory, and Settings
Triage work#
Ask Aria to classify and summarize an item before taking action. Include the customer, urgency, owner, deadline, and service rule.
Example:
Triage these new requests. Mark urgent only when the customer is blocked today. Draft the next step, but do not send messages.
Use inbound forms or email#
Aria can show workspace-specific intake options when configured. Copy the address, webhook URL, or signing details only from the authenticated Operations setup screen.
Treat webhook secrets as credentials. Send them through your approved secret manager, not chat or email. Rotate a secret if it is exposed, then update every form that uses it.
Watch service levels#
Use SLA and Calendar views to find work that is due or late. Confirm time zones and business hours before acting on an alert.
A warning can be based on missing or delayed source data. Open the linked item before escalating it.
Coordinate departments#
Use Collaborations or assignment controls to send a task to the department that owns the next step. Add the expected result and deadline. A handoff does not approve an external action.
Control risk#
Review customer-facing replies, record changes, and destructive actions. Pause Aria in its Settings when you need to stop new operational work, and check active workflows separately.
