Marketing with Max
Use Max to plan campaigns, create content, study audiences, and review marketing performance.
Max is Winglo's marketing lead. Use Max to turn business goals into campaigns, content plans, drafts, and performance reviews.
Set Max up#
Complete Max's guided setup. Give clear information about your offer, audience, voice, channels, and goals when those questions are shown.
Keep the same facts current in Settings → Profile and Max's Memory.
Common work#
Max's workspace can include:
- Campaign planning and progress
- Content ideas, calendars, drafts, and pipeline work
- Website and editorial content
- Publishing controls
- Audience and competitor research
- Signals, opportunities, and risk reviews
- Analytics, reports, and a weekly digest
- A work queue, execution history, and specialist team views
Available views can differ by workspace.
Ask Max for useful work#
State the business result, target group, time period, budget or limit, channel, and required output.
Example:
Build a two-week campaign plan for our payroll service. Target small retailers. Give me the plan and draft copy, but do not publish.
Review evidence#
Research and analysis can contain assumptions. Check sources, dates, audience definitions, and competitor names. Treat estimates as estimates.
For content, verify product claims, prices, legal text, links, and the final destination.
Use approvals#
Max may create an Inbox decision or guarded action. Review the complete item. Approve only when the action, content, and destination are correct. Reject with a reason when Max should revise the work.
Manage autonomy#
Open Max's Settings for the controls available to your workspace. Higher autonomy can allow more work to move forward without a separate prompt, but guarded actions can still require approval.
Choose the lowest level that supports your process. Pause Max when you need to stop new department work, then check active workflows separately.
